Final Four Complete
Elite 8 Perfection!
In this pool's history, only Jack Asher (2007) had perfectly picked all Elite 8 teams — until this year, when 8 players achieved this incredible feat. Congrats to Chris Miller, Gary Fuerst, Edward Gruener, Sarah Ritter, Brent Smith, Steve Lutz, Abby Schwarz, and Jane Guthrie!
Final Four Perfection!
This year, 29 sharp players nailed all Final Four teams, smashing the 2008 record of 22 in an epic bracket showdown!
Pool Records Set to Splash Down This Year!
In 2007, Brent Smith and Austin Barth set a jaw-dropping record, scoring 480 points in a single pool! Now, that long-standing record is in jeopardy. Several top players are poised to smash it — unless Auburn and Houston face off in the Championship and spoil the party!
Chris Auer nailed it in 2007, picking 53 out of 63 winners to claim the best bracket percentage ever, 84%! Now, Bryan Fuerst is on the brink of matching that epic feat — but only if Florida takes down Duke in the Championship showdown!

We know this news might tug at your heartstrings, but we’re excited to make this tournament an unforgettable celebration of 24 years of competition, community, and love for the game. Thank you for being part of this journey!

The amount of First Round Underdog Points available this year, 27 points, is much lower than in the past. Last year we awarded 55 points and the record of 71 points was set by Bottom Feeder (our perennial loser who picks the Underdog in every matchup) in 2016.
This year Cindy Hebel III (another entry that picks Underdogs in every matchup) scored the most Underdog Points for an eligible player, 27. Michael Schwarz, Jr. finished in second place with 25 Underdog Points.

A few family members and friends tell me they do not receive my email invitation to join the tournament. Email invitations are sent to everyone who played the previous year so please update your email address if it changed since the previous tournament. Invitations could also be identified as Spam by some email providers. There is nothing I can do on my end to fix this issue, but it might help if you add my email address, pkjett1@gmail.com, to your email provider's "Safe Senders List."
Please remember that all Jett and Sicking families, relatives, friends, co-workers and their friends and family are invited to play, even if you do not receive an email invitation.
